Evan is the founder and chief mischief-maker at EnPower. Evan has been developing and managing energy projects and companies in the sustainability and renewables arena for most of the last 30 years. One memorable project included the design and construction of the world’s largest green-field wood pellet plant (which required raising $110 M in debt and equity). Another involved an innovative approach to gasification technology which resulted in the company growing from one to 31 employees. In addition, Evan took a mid-career adventure and taught high school science and math for two years. Evan recently celebrated his 25th anniversary with his wife, Paige, with whom he has two delightful teenage children.
